Do you ever go inside any of the buildings?
Phoenix Ghost Tours has exclusive inside access to the Westward Ho, one of the most prominent buildings in Phoenix for the past 85 years. During the tour, we are able to take you inside and see the grandeur that still remains.
What dates are available for tours?
Phoenix Ghost Tours can be taken year round and can be seen on our Tour Dates page. Available on nearly every Saturday of the year, additional dates are added by demand.
Do dates ever get canceled?
Yes. There is a minimum count needed for each tour. If it obvious that minimum will not be met, we will contact you with alternative dates as early as possible.
How much does the tour cost?
Admission is $18 for adults, $15 for minors. We will be able to accept Visa, Mastercard or cash at the starting point. (Larger groups require pre-payment.)
How should we prepare for a tour?
It’s an outdoor walking tour for one hour. Comfortable clothes and walking shoes are a must. Always check the weather before coming. Click to check Weather Channel here.
Where can we park?
Street parking is available and free after 5:00pm. Since our starting point is at the Orpheum Theater located at 203 W Adams St, you can find many street spaces in the area. There are two parking garages close by. The Wells Fargo Garage and the Standard Parking Garage entrances are reached by traveling south on 1st Avenue. See map below.
Where does the tour go?
We will walk to, and talk about, up to ten different buildings in the downtown Phoenix area. We also have exclusive inside access to the Westward Ho, one of the prominent buildings that shaped Phoenix history.
What can we bring?
A bottle of water and your camera is always a great idea. Other electronic devices for the ghost hunters are always welcome but not needed.
What can’t we bring?
Alcohol, tobacco or firearms. You are welcome to bring your camera but video and audio recording of the tour guide's performance is not allowed due to copyright issues.
How hard is the walk?
The entire walk will be a little less than a mile on the sidewalks and crosswalks of downtown Phoenix. We never go where there is construction. There will be frequent stops and sometimes places to sit.
