Tour Policies
The Phoenix Ghost Tours was started with one goal in mind: Provide our customers with a tour that we would enjoy ourselves. Creating an environment with the best possible chance includes thorough research, small tour groups and making your safety a top concern. To that end, we have put some policies in place.

Since each tour will be anywhere between 20 to 30 people, setting aside reservations for groups of six or more can be a problem if there is a cancellation or change. Any groups of six or more are required to prepay in advance.

Absolutely NO alcohol or smoking is allowed on the tour. If we believe you are intoxicated on the tour, your money will be happily returned and your tour will end.

Because of the walking and the content, the tour is not geared towards a majority of younger children. For the comfort of those children and other tour guests, we ask you do not include those younger than 8-years-old. Exceptions are possible but not suggested.

The tour requires you to be able to participate with reasonable success. If you find walking around the mall for an hour difficult, this may not be for you. We will always accommodate anyone if there is a delay. However, for the comfort of all our tour guests, we will keep a reasonable but steady pace.

We do not provide a bathroom stop during the tour. Please “prepare” beforehand.

Video and audio recording of the tour guide's performance is not allowed.
